Alter Start Talents advised by professionals from J.P. Morgan

Three participants took part in an evening of one-to-one mentoring.

Alter Start Talents in conversation with J.P. Morgan professionals

On Thursday 30 April, 3 Alter Start Talents — Anastasiia, Bianca Alves and Isabel Garcia — took part in a mentoring & networking evening organised by the association Découvrir, in partnership with J.P. Morgan.

Paired with banking professionals, they discussed their backgrounds, skills and career prospects: compliance, risk, financial control… concrete conversations, valuable advice and, above all, new connections with the job market.

Initiatives like this show how much collaboration between committed organisations can speed up the professional integration of qualified, experienced foreign women and create real opportunities.

Thank you to the association Découvrir and the J.P. Morgan teams for welcoming our Talents and for their commitment. 🙌
